We utilise a support ticket system to support all our customers. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. To start a request a valid email address is required, when a support issue is started by phone we log your details and an email will be sent with the request details and replies.

If we need to connect to your PC you will need to install our remote control software, if you already have the software installed you will see a green mouse icon , just click the icon and then click connect – you can then give the 4 digit code to our helpdesk.
