SEPA Direct Debit Support
Support is only available to registered users. On our standard system support is available by email only. You can purchase phone support or remote assistance which costs €35 per support request.
You can log a support request at http://www.handheld.ie/helpdesk, if you require phone support please state that in the request details. Please include your company name and phone number and the version of the program you are using , (Help, About) and also your Sage version.
You can also send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org which will start the support request for you.
