How to Create a New Ticket

1. To create a new ticket you first need to log in to the iService system.
2. If you are already logged in you then need to click on the “Tickets” tab. (See Screenshot)

3. Now click on the “New Ticket” button. (See Screenshot)

4. The new ticket screen will appear. Here you can fill in all the relevant details in the fields required. Mandatory fields will have a red star (*) beside them. (See Screenshot)

5. Once all the details are filled in you can click the “Open” button to open the new ticket. If you have made a mistake you can click the reset button to clear all the details you filled in and fill them out again. Or click “Cancel” to cancel the new ticket.

6. The new ticket is now created (See Screenshot)
