Advanced Ticket Search – iService Tutorial
How to use the Advanced Ticket Search
1. The advanced search allows you to search for tickets using a number of criteria.
2. To use advanced search log in to iService and click on the “Tickets” tab. Now click on the “Advanced” button. (See Screenshot)
3. The Advanced Search window now appears. Here you can search using some or all of the criteria available on the screen.
Status: Allows you to search for tickets that are open, overdue or closed.
Dept: Searches for tickets in a specified department.
Assigned to: Allows you to search for tickets that are assigned to a specific staff member.
Closed by: Searches for tickets that were closed by a specific staff member.
Date Range: Click the left box to display a date picker which you can use to select the “from” date. Click the right box to display a date picker which you can use to select the “to” date. (See Screenshot)
